we went to Mecca over the weekend and found everything we needed. they had a big selection of living and dining room. they even have a large selection of party speakers. our delivery is coming 2moro cant wait!!!!

Went in on 03/30/19 to buy 2 rugs and a dining room set. I saw 3 gentleman who works there sitting around a table. I asked for help and was told they were at lunch and I should wait.
Of course I left and went elsewhere and made my purchases.
I find this to be poor customer service, and will not buy there again nor recommend this store in Upper Darby.

This company only cares about their customer at the time of purchase. After you sign those leasing papers, everything else is a lie. My delivery was schedule from 10:35am to 3pm. Took the whole day off work and no one show up. Call several times and I was informed delivery was going to arrived in an hour. Company never bother to call. It's 9:17pm and I am still waiting. If delivery do not arrived today, planning on canceling Monday. Please do yourself a favor and never do business with FURNITURE MECCA.

I've had my furniture since may 2018 its now January 2019. One of mu sofas came damaged as well as my headboard. I've called numerous time before i got in contact with the warehouse supervisor. The man that was suppose to come out suddenly got sick and i didn't hear anything else from them for months. I called a few more times and someone was suppose to come out but never did and when they were ready to they were late and i had to work so i had to cancel. They never showed or called after i rescheduled. I cant reach the supervisor, she's always at lunch or they can't reach her. I'll never order from this company again.

I went in to the Folcroft location today and was greeted by Kamran and he walked me through the financing process and helped me pick out everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable about their merchandise and I will be back very soon.

this store is so under rated on yelp and here. we went to it least 10 furniture and mattress stores before we purchased our new living room set and mattress. sales people they were not pushy at all i guess they know they got good quality furniture for very reasonable price. best part everything was delivered and two days. their delivery charge was very reasonable and its comes with free set up. we will definitely go there again.

I totally disagree with this bogus two star rating. I have furnished my 5,000 square foot home with their state of art furnishings. Customer service exceeded my expectations. My furnishings receive tons of compliments. Their interior coordinators went above and beyond to coordinate with me the perfect pieces for each room. My vision came to life with their expertise.

I paying almost a 1000 dollars for pieces of garbage!
The fact the day of half delivery when I was freaki g out and wanting to return the products I shoukdge known this company is the closest thing to a scam! The small sectional stiching is horrible after a month one person household stiching is coming out. Im literally on the floor after 1 month of purchasing a bed frame that was not delivered with all its pieces because the store knew the bed wouldnt hold its NEVER HELD. I just got tired of fixing it daily and put all the pieces in the corner. They dont amswer the phone they act non chalnant and lie to you abd they act like these issues arent issues. I wish I knew how to take further action. My first aptartment in philly first furniture store and I will do alternatives internet options I will deter your busimess any chance I get. Ypu are horrible people readoming all these reviews of poor customer service. We work hard for our money fool me once bet it wont happem again take your sixty dollar store credit and shove it!

I took off work because I was waiting on my delivery. The company provided a tracker to keep up with my delivery. I was stop #19. The delivery truck was near by and once I refreshed my page to see where they were the tracker basically stopped and said unable to start. Originally my time for delivery was between 6:00-8:00pm than my delivery time jumped to 1:30-3:00 pm so I waited in the house all day. They even stopped at delivery #20 and never delivered my items. I’m so upset and very frustrated. Need better communication skills.

I've Bought Furnitures from reputable companies and even though they were all a little high in price they were all very good quality and I was happy with what I paid for. I decided this time around to support a local business around my way Which is Furniture Mecca. I purchased a living room and dining room set about 6 months ago. I was sitting on my couch watching a movie and all of a sudden the seat went in. I tried reaching out to Customer service and got no help. They asked if I had a warranty which I wasn't offered at the time of purchase. I got no help from their poor customers service. I will not recommended anyone getting a furniture from this company you will regret it. The furniture are made from bad quality and they won't last long. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where u pay for what u get. I regret ever buying from Furniture Mecca and I will discourage anyone in the market to buy from them. Highly Disappointed with how easy their Furnitures break and they don't try to help their customers. They take your hard earned money and they're done with you.

when my furniture was installed it was not put together properly and when I called about having it looked at no one ever came

Wood furniture chips easily and the sales people are not very kind they're very pushy and try to make you buy things that you do not have any need for and their prices are pretty expensive for the type of furniture they sell.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Maddy and she was one of the best saleswoman I have ever dealt with. She was polite, honest,and help me find something within my budget. Definetly shopping there again!

I have recently purchased a dinning room set and my chairs had already started falling apart. I've emailed pictures of the damaged chairs, but have not received any word about fixing or replacing of the chairs.

These people are a rip off. I later found the same bed room set that I paid $1600 for at furniture Mecca for only $999. Upon delivery I was very dissatisfied with the piece of furniture because it looked like it was spray painted outside. So when I wen to the store for a refund, they denied the refund because first they had to send no their specialist to come look at it. I bought it in December of 2016. We are in march and still nothing. I highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to not even look at this place.
