Wasn’t paid…
Downloaded the app and did a deal which was simple and supposed to net me $19. I used my friend referral code, which worked, so things were going well.!Next, all i had to do was download a crypto app and make a $5 deposit. Something I have done 1000 times before. I allowed tracking as thats something you always using these apps, deposited the money and waited. And waited. Waited some more. After a day i contacted support who told me “its not possible to provide you with rewards for this offer” because i was either “using a VPN, an unstable Internet connection, not downloading the app directly from our link, or if one has downloaded the app before.”
None of those things are true and I would not take the time to write this if that was the case. I don’t know why I wasn’t credited, but what i do know is, at least in my case, I was robbed. Consider yourself warned.

Great site, great customer service
I personally have a lot of trouble with the tracking on this site, but I assume it is my own fault, as I keep an ad blocker running, most of the time, and that seems to cause problems on any of these usage tracker rewards programs. Customer service is killer and even if they can't issue rewards in a lot of failure to track scenarios, they are able and willing to ensure that your time wasn't completely wasted. Cashing out is quick and painless.

Great App, Great Customer Service
I've had the app since last year and have earned some decent earnings on it pretty easy. I recently got a new phone and email and logged in wrong which got my account suspended. BTW, I had just earned $39 before it got suspended so I couldn't cash out.
I reached out to customer service and a member named Ana resolved the issue in less than a day!
I wasn't expecting it to get resolved so quick especially since it's the weekend. They are definitely my favorite money earning app.

Myfreeapp is a great website/app that rewards you for games, tasks and downloading apps. They are one of the better earning websites in my opinion and have always treated me with respect when I talked to customer service. All issues were handled quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking to play games for money, this is your go to spot. This is just my opinion.

Update. Myfreeapp still hasnt paid me. Its only when you spend your own money. Bbb wpnt do anything because its based in italy. Well now i know gow companies in italy run. They steal and lie. Cant spin it any other way. I have shown proof over and over i beem rude i been nice i been this and that. And yet they are to cowardly to own up to it. They even called me out on here and still proved me right smh... do they pay??? Sure when they want to. Cant talk bad about them they throw a fit like a toddler. MYFREEAPP YOU OWE ME OVER 4O DOLLARS GET ON IT. Oh wait wait its my fault ad support says or i been rewarded already... ummm if i was credited why us it 100 percent complete IN THE EXPIRED SECTION. Im figuring out which authority to contact. These theives need to be taken down

We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. You first contacted us at the end of November 2024, and we made sure to respond to each of your emails. From the beginning, we explained the tracking issues and why certain tasks weren't credited, but unfortunately, our explanations seemed to go unheard. Despite our efforts to help, your responses became increasingly disrespectful, and we continued trying to provide clarity.
When we realized the situation wasn’t improving, we even offered a bonus as a gesture of goodwill, but you did not respond to that proposal and instead escalated the situation with threats of legal action. After receiving numerous emails demanding money with rude language, it became clear that continuing this conversation wasn’t productive for either side.
We strive to maintain fair and transparent communication, and we truly regret that this journey ended on such a negative note.
