After reviewing your account, we confirmed activity that violated our Terms of Service regarding the use of VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools. Our offers are restricted to specific countries, and users must complete them from their genuine location.

While you mentioned being located in Turkey, the activity detected on your account showed inconsistencies that led to the restriction being applied. As a result, the ban will remain in place.

es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du offenbar eine negative Erfahrung gemacht hast. Das entspricht selbstverständlich nicht dem Standard und der Erfahrung, die wir unseren Nutzern bieten möchten.

Wir nehmen solche Rückmeldungen sehr ernst und möchten deinen Fall gerne genauer prüfen. In letzter Zeit haben wir mehrere neue Integrationen mit verschiedenen Partnern eingeführt, die sich teilweise noch in einer Beta- bzw. Testphase befinden. Daher kann es in Einzelfällen zu technischen oder Tracking-Problemen kommen, wofür wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen möchten. Das war selbstverständlich nie unsere Absicht.

Bitte kontaktiere unseren Support möglichst zeitnah und sende uns dabei folgende Informationen:

-die verwendete Offer,
