Misleading Verification: Promised bonus not credited and status still unverified
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on MyFreeApp. I completed the identity verification process, and the platform even showed a popup confirming "You verified successfully" with "$$0.3 added to your balance!
However, this is completely false. My account balance remains at $0, and my verification status has not been updated to "Verified." It feels like a scam when a platform explicitly confirms a success but fails to deliver the promised reward or update the account status. I followed all the steps correctly, yet the system is misleading. I would not recommend this to others until they fix these tracking and payout issues.

Leaderboard is a little weird. One week, you could win $50-$150 for being one of the top three earners. Then other weeks, you get absolutely nothing. It feels like taking a gamble, in a way.
I feel that at least promo codes or boosters should be offered to the top players during the weeks when there's no cash prize.
Trust me it does not feel good spending all week maintaining a spot in the top 3 just to be told "You get nothing!!! Congratulations!"

Customer service kept a customer
Had an issue with an app that didn't pay out correctly. Sent a screenshot showing it was completed and when contacted about the matter was informed refund had been processed. No questions asked. I was skeptical about the app at first when I had people tell me it doesn't pay out and they don't respond. My first thought when the reward didn't show was "oh here we go" I then decided to submit a ticket and was even more surprised I got a response on the weekend which made the experience even more great. Customer support was very nice to deal with and honestly as long as you have provided the information requested information including screenshot and confirm you actually completed then you should be fine. Will continue to use the app just based on the professional support that was recieved and was very hassle free outside of my frustration when it didn't process the reward. 5 star service and they kept a user from just deleting the app. Trust in these guys. They are doing it right!

Banned, called a fraud,
I used MyAppFree, completed offers legitimately, and Out of nowhere, they permanently suspended my account and sent me a copy‑paste email accusing me of “serious violations,” “fraud,” multiple accounts, hacks, and cheats – with zero actual proof or details.
I have never created multiple accounts, never used hacks/cheats, and never did anything outside their own rules. When I asked what exactly I supposedly did wrong, they refused to explain and hid behind “our decision is final.” Apparently, they’re comfortable labeling honest users as frauds over a few dollars and keeping the earnings.
If a company can’t even be bothered to show basic evidence before throwing around the word “fraud,” that tells you everything you need to know about how little they respect their users. My advice: don’t waste your time or data on an app that can ban you at any moment, steal your balance, and then act like you’re the problem.

Okay so I can admit when I'm wrong and, well, I WAS WRONG. MyFreeApp has been amazing they pay big time and you don't even have to do very much. The tasks are simple and if any mistakes are made they respond in a flash! I completed my first task within the first 2 minutes and it was a $5 task plus I had the $5 promo code so I made $10 in 2 minutes!!!
