Can’t recommend this company enough
Can’t recommend this company enough. This morning I was at rock bottom but I feel so much better now. All the staff I spoke to were amazing and didn’t make me feel ashamed or worthless like I have been feeling. I feel I can breath again

Awful service
Awful service. Tried to cancel my IVA due to having funds available and was hung up on every time I called for support, until I withheld my number...then conveniently the call ended when I spoke to someone and said who I was. They told my banks about the IVA before it was approved so my accounts were all blocked. All it would have taken is a call from them to say I was not subject to an IVA anymore, however this was obviously too difficult for them to do.
Very dissatisfied with the level of care and support I received.

Having reviewed your case, we can see that our team did attempt to contact you and arranged callbacks while your usual advisor was unavailable. We also explained that, due to the stage your IVA application had reached, there were aspects of the process that were out of our control and that could not be stopped immediately.
We understand that this will not have changed the frustration you experienced, and we're sorry that you were left feeling unsupported. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue to improve our communication during situations like this. The team of agents I spoke with from the first gentleman to the lady at the end of the call was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the information they're giving, I was totally intrigued and attentive to the session. The calls took most of the day from transferring to waiting time in the queue but it was absolutely worth the wait.
