Ordered beginning of Feb for valentines offer and still no view of the product let alone a delivery. Chased and told to be patient. Don’t order from these people they are just taking your money. Scammers !!

Arrived quickly, but I'm not super impressed with the quality. There are imperfections in the painting and I'm just overall a little disappointed in the customization.

Ordered a custom bobblehead in November. They sent me proof, it was god awful. Wrong skintone, nose wrong, mouth kind of ok. Everything else terrible. Asked for another revision. New Revision barely better. Please Revise again. Next one Not any better. Next thing I know the "thing" was shipped. Arrived, and really worse in person, just terrible. They told me they didn't have time to send me a proof before shipped it because it was their busy time. Thanks just send junk. I guess. I disputed the charge because it was useless. They offered me a 20% discount. Great but at a reduced price it still looked nothing like the person. After the dispute they apologized and offered to remake the "thing". They asked for another payment. I told them since the dispute was on appeal they got the original payment. Once they knew they have payment they stopped contacting me. Eventually my credit card company returned payment to me. So this place makes bobbleheads. If you're looking for a custom bobblehead that LOOKS NOTHING like the person this is perfect place. You WILL be completely disappointed unless you like junk.

They have fake reviews on their website. I just left one and it's not even popping up. All their reviews on their website are 5 stars. Their garbage.

The company was very nice and professional. The doll I ordered and received was not the best, I did let the company know how I felt about the final product and they made a effort to create a new doll and send it out to us. They did not have to do this, it was an honorable thing to do. The dolls admittedly don’t look like the person but the company says it’s not supposed to because it is a cartoon interpretation of the person. The customer service I received was 5 star and very professional. Thank you!

What’s the point of sending in photos for the bobble head when the face looks like a completely different person. Don’t waste money on this. Might as well try it yourself cause the “artists” they have don’t know what they are doing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had other dolls done with other companies, and this is hands down the worst. It’s not even close. The hair was three times longer than the pictures I provided, and the eyes were slits for whatever reason. Other companies give you multiple final edits, and these people gave you only a face with no context. I won’t have another done through them.

Terrible this is a Scam !! Followed the process uploaded a picture etc. when the model came it had a beard I don’t have a beard. No resemblance to me. Order number and reference did not match. First response standard from the website. It is a cartoon and cannot ensure any resemblance. Second response when I wanted to send back the product as they mention in return policy. They cannot take back the product as it’s personalised. Then they offered 20% return on the amount. Total Scam Do Not Waste Your Money !!!

I paid $60 for expedited production and delivery and now they're saying it won't be here by Christmas. Unacceptable. If I knew they wouldn't follow through I would have never paid the extra and went with a different company. If it ships Tomorrow like it was SUPPOSED to. Then I'll change my review.

Poor representation of images, clearly just have a small collection of heads rather than created to match the images. "Engraved" base was just a tiny sticky label that was put on squint.

Really liked the outcome of the product and also appreciated the efficiency of the process, including approvals, notifications, and updates. Very pleased with the outcome. The only recommendation may be to streamline the buyflow online, somewhat, as that was an annoyance - updating the cart was somewhat annoying, but other than that, great!

I received exceptional customer service resulting in an exceptional product. Shipping was also very fast.

I would give 0 stars as this company is fake and is a scam. I paid £210 for a 2 person sculpture. It’s been over a month. I’ve still not had my product delivered. They gave me a tracking number which is invalid. I wish I read reviews before ordering. This was a gift for my anniversary. My special day is destroyed because of these scammers.
