The Head was disappointing.
Express mailing wasn‘t worth the extra Money, it Tool
7 days instead of the promised 3 days.
My complaint was ignored.
It is not worth the Money.

Great selections simple ordering and looks really good.

Prompt with their responses via email, and very easy to provide feedback to personalize each aspect of the facial feature for the customized bobblehead.

I would highly recommend to others for a one-of-a-kind personalized gift!

HNO Arzt Figur bestellt die mit Stirnlampe abgebildet war, bekam aber eine Figur ohne Stirnlampe..Nachdem ich nachgefragt hatte wieso dieses typische Accessoires fehle, hieß es,dann hätte man ein Foto mit Stirnlampe schicken müssen ..die Köpfe werden nach Foto hergestellt..
Das ist irreführend ..Finger weg von diesem Anbieter..

I’m really disappointed with my order. The bobblehead looked nothing like the person it was meant for—not even a little bit, even after I asked for adjustments. In the end, I still received the original head with no noticeable changes. I was planning to order more for my other friends, but after this experience, I definitely won’t. I also paid extra for express shipping and express processing, but it still arrived 12 days later. This was a huge letdown overall.

What a terrible company, you pay all the extras to get faster delivery and then after you paid they tell you it still going to be 13-15 days delivery. Stay away from this company.

I had a terrible experience with mycustombobbleheads. I wish I had read reviews here first or another review site before proceeding with them. Their reviews on their website are false.
Red flag #1 there's no customer service number.
Red flag #2 the address listed is not legit. They're from China.
Any communication from the company is all through email but it's a 48 hour response time on their end. They like to email you at 3am by the way. Oh, when they respond back, they don't answer your questions. It's very generic. And the 48 hour response back clock starts again. Very frustrating. They will easily blame the customer even though it was their productions mistake in making the bobbleheads look nothing like or even close to looking like the person. And this further causes delay in production and shipping etc. It's almost as if they mess up on purpose.
I've been dealing with them since January and just yesterday they acknowledged my refund. I couldn't deal with their bullshit anymore.
I spent $400 for four bobbleheads and for a refund, they take a 40% chunk.
P.S. their company is not in Chicago. They're based in CHINA!!!!!

This was the worst experience ordering online. I put in my initial order on January 5, 2025 and did NOT receive my order until Febuary 21, 2025 even though I paid $5.99 for shipping insurance and $19.99 for VIP Service for Bobbleheads. I also paid an additional $9.99 for a gift box and when I received it in the mail, it was completely smashed with 2 pieces of "popcorn foam"! The base (that I also paid an additional $5.99 for) had broken off and the Superhero Cape that I paid an additional $7.99 for, had broken into pieces!!! I'm happy to provide photos to anyone that would like to see the terrible condition I received the gift in (MAILED FROM CHINA!). Also, I did NOT receive a proof of the Bobblehead before they went into production. Their instructions online specifically says that they will send you a proof for approval.

This looks so bad, I'd understand shaming whatever kids they have in the plant making it. Absolutely horrible, waste of money and time. 8" plush doll is actually 3".The plush doesn't even look like they tried to resemble what was sent. We would've been better off just taping the paper to a pillow and calling it a day.

Absolutely awful. Use another company. This company sends you a bobble heads that looks nothing like you or the people/pictures you send. Then they say as compensation we will refund you £20! I've spent over £300 and none of the bobble heads look like none of the people. Stay well away. All the good reviews are fake.

This is a scam. I was so excited about the bobblehead I ordered. Even though I paid or expedited shipping which was to take 5-9 days, it turned into 45 days. BUT wait... I waited 45 days and it never was delivered. SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FOR A CUSTOM PLUSHIE! IT IS A RIP OFF! I ORDERED THE LARGEST SIZE AND PAID OVER $100 TOTAL AND THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS WHAT THEY TRIED TO PASS OFF AS CUSTOM AND HAND CRAFTED. SINCE I CAN'T ATTACH PHOTOS, THEY BASICALLY TOOK THE PHOTO OF THE DRAWING I PROVIDED, PHOTOCOPIED IT ONTO FABRIC, FILLED IT AND SENT IT TO ME. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. THEY WANT TO PAY ME BACK ONLY $40?! NO. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS CRAP. AND IF THEY WON'T REFUND ME, THEY SHOULD AT LEAST SEND ME THE QUALITY PRODUCT THEY PROMISED! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S NOT IN THE US AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO BE ABLE SPEAK TO ANYONE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

Most horrible shit company. They completely ruined my bobble head of my daughter. And take no responsibility they never gave me feedback. And just shipped it out quick and rushed. Its a amateur artist who makes these below average its a complete joke. They make everything wrong I told then to make. They make a hat out of a head band. Too hide the hair they put on it when I told them make it bald it's a newborn. The leg and body look like a grown up. This artist don't even understand proportions. Customer service is total shit and will gaslight every email again and again. And you will not get a refund even when they messed up the bobble head it's really low quality and it's total wrong. The head don't even bobble. The customer service will just say sorry and that's it. 180 bucks for a bobble head that can go straight in the trash. Never do business with them. Bankruptcy is needed for them to stop scamming people

I ordered 2! $250 and they both look terrible. even with the VIP service, the skin tones for both are terribly off. Despite the photos and my selection of their skin colors, And I asked about the skin colors I was told they would darken after baking. One is for my husband who is Olive skinned from South America and they made him look Caucasian with pink skin and the for his best friend and I am embarrassed to give either. On top of that, the website has a glitch where one of the dolls Priced at $59.99 and when I added the bobble Option was supposed to add $10 but instead the price jumped to $89.99. I have been emailing them about the price discrepancy and they keep sending me screenshots of the price and not acknowledging the issue . This whole thing was a very expensive mistake.

Don’t be fooled by the website examples. They are totally off on face accuracy. However, they made several attempts to correct, but no where close. I provided two photos. The frontal photo was taken outside in the sun so my African American son skin tone looked much lighter. I, therefore, provide a second side profile photo that showed his more natural brown skin. I also, selected brown as his skin tone. I got a very light tan face. I asked them to correct this and they said it would cost me more to change it to brown even though I have evidence I requested brown coloring. Also, he looks African American and they make him look like a middle age white man with aquiline features. Totally off. Everyone, all ethnicities, to review their work thought it was a joke as it looked nothing like the photos. It became a laughingstock and I’m not mad because I agree. They did me wrong. Refunds are only 60%. After several attempts to fix, I just settle on the last attempt as my Xmas gift was ruined and it definitely will not make it on time. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Very deceived and disappointed. Will never use again. Beware!

Over one month an no delivery of item, (even after expedited delivery payment), tracking just states "out for delivery", no way to reach the company, website is not reflective of the service and I am still waiting for a response.

I must commend Mycustombobbleheads for a number of reasons. I love the uniqueness of their product. I have no idea how many other firms provide a similar service and I don't care. It is Mycustombobbleheads for me or nothing. The accuracy of the figures they created left me gobsmacked! It was recommended to me that I ask if the frames on the glasses on the bobblehead could be made thinner after being sent a preview. I felt embarrassed to do so. And you know what? The magnificent artists actually did so! The price of the bobblehead was also reasonable and arrived in just a few days damage free. As far as I'm concerned, they're a five star firm all day long!
