These are not inexpensive items. First off, it's not a bobblehead, the head does not move. More importantly, it does not resemble the person I sent photos of WHATSOEVER. I also sent photos of a feminine woman, and it came back what was clearly a man. There are fingerprints all over it, too.

Dont bother! Paid rush fee to ensure item would arrive in time. Ordered on a tuesday, paid for 3 business day turn around and express shipping. item did not ship until the following wednesday (6 business days) and the company argued it was only 3 days to ship. express shipping didnt happen either. based on other reviews i bet what shows up will be embarrassing anyway

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU EXPECT A PRODUCT THAT IS PAINTED BY A 5 YEAR OLD. TRYING TO GET A REFUND IS HORRIBLE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD BEEN LIKE A GAME OF PING PONG IN TRYING TO GET THE FULL REFUND. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! BEWARE!

Do not order from here if you are a person of colour. I am south Asian and the bobble head I was given was white. When proofing I specifically asked if the clay would darken to a match a south Asian colour and was told it would and in the end I got a white bobble head. I get that they can't match colour exactly but when the head is white, then it's useless. I would have been happier with a darker colour than a lighter one. A waste of money.

Horrible company . Dishonest . No return policy . My bobble head was damaged and looked nothing like the picture at all . Sticker was half torn off . They did nothing to help . Can’t even communicate with them as they speak limited English and only provide an email . Don’t waste your money at this company . I wasted $150 and ended up throwing it in the garbage .

Do not even waste your money on this joke of a place. The picture I sent and what I got is completely off. Read the reviews before buy people. That’s what I should have done.

The head looks NOTHING like the picture, first its a child and the head looks like a adult and not only that but it looks nothing like my 10 years old niece. I had them remake the parts that wasnt okay (pretty much everything) and they basically sent me the same head. Im disgusted and ashamed I have to give it to my niece. It just looks like a stranger. Im never ordering from this website again total waste of money.

Terrible, proof they sent looks nothing like the image I sent in. I tried to cancel the order and they will charge a 40% restocking fee. The complexion is way off as well, and they want to charge me to make it look closer to the picture I submitted. Never again. Should have just thrown $100 out my car window as I was driving.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The bobble head they sent me of my husband was great and I approved the head they made, but then they put thick dark hair around his head. He’s bald, and it’s clear in the photos I sent. The box was also badly damaged when it arrived and I had to tape it together. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it’s never an exact replica, which I understood, but I said thick dark hair on someone that is bald isn’t acceptable. They only offered to refund me for the box and give me 10% off on the next order, not fix the situation. I would never order anything from this company again and I strongly recommend you avoid buying anything from them.

I purchased a bobble head for a friend that recently became a clergyman. Everyone thought it was spot on and my friend absolutely loves it. This is a great company to deal with from ordering to delivery and most of all quality!

I ordered two Bobbleheads for my son’s golf team's golf coaches. They did a great job, great customer service and communicated the whole process well. I would highly recommend this company.

unfortunately I didn't receive what I expected. they send me a figure of a Caucasian man when my husband is Dark and Asian looking SMH!! the bobblehead I ordered was for my husband as a birthday gift and this totally messed up a special day for us! I asked for a refund and just got a weak excuse ending with a, "Thanks for your support and understanding.

Ordered on 4/29 paid for express delivery. It is now 5/7 no bobblehead or delivery date. Never buy again.

I wanted to gift our couple bobblehead to my hubby and I am regretting now, because it looks nothing like the picture. I wasted 130£ on this. I sent them a dozen of pictures and even then they didn't work on it properly. I wish I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first go.

I wish I would have read these reviews on Trustpilot before.

If I could give zero stars I would. The doll that was sent looks nothing like the picture I sent. The color of skin and eyes were completely off. Not to mention that the wording of the coffee mug was completely smudged. WASTE OF MONEY!

Horrible. The doll looked nothing like the multiple photos I sent in. My friend was bald and they put a full head of hair on the doll!

My customized bobblehead was a birthday gift. The laughter and joy on my son’s when he saw it made me so happy. He was certainly surprised and he loved it. His friends want to know where I got it now. The details are amazing! So talented! Thank you! Keep up the great work! Will totally recommend. I had to order a large number of custom bobbleheads of the same person for an event and came across this website. I inquired with some initial questions and the customer service was quick to respond and help me out. I had several exchanges back and forth with the customer service team and sent additional photos to ensure everything was exactly as I was hoping. They were SO incredibly helpful and sent pictures at every step of the process to ensure each piece was perfect. They arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition! We even had a little glitter on the shoes in the photo that they added actual glitter to each of the shoes, not just painting them the color of the glitter from the photo, actual glitter! Me and my team were so impressed with the quality and timeliness of these bobbleheads. We will absolutely be using them for any future events/client needs! We love them!!! Highly recommend. Special shout out to Jason for all his help!!

Customer service was quick to respond and kept me in the loop during the build process. Progress photos were provided and they implemented the notes I gave on the first iteration (for an additional cost). It was completed quickly and mailed. Once in the USPS, there was a slight lag but that was out of their control being in the postal system. The bobble head came out great and would do it again!
