The lady that I delt with Sally Pugh was lovely, very easy to talk to and didn't rush me. I would recommend this lady to anyone, I didn't realise there were services like this available, I wouldn't have known how to start filling the forms in, but talking to Sally was like talking to a friend.I can't thank you enough.

Sally was excellent
Sally was excellent. Sh handled the application with diplomacy & compassion. The whole process was very straightforward & the application was successful. It is great that she only charges if you are successful, so there is no risk involved.

A new lease of life at 90.
Sally was extremely helpful, friendly & exceptionally knowledgeable! Always available, she coached me through the whole process and she also discussed with my 90 year old customer, who was very impressed. The outcome was perfect for my customer, in that he is now much happier in that he can afford to engage in resolving ongoing issues and achieve better living standards for himself, whilst caring for his wife.
