Excellent experience. One of my machines came defective and they worked with me very quickly to get it fixed. Miya was awesome and very patient with my requests. They also provided me with reassurance and helped me understand the mechanism of action for each of the machines. Highly recommend for both the machines and the excellent customer service.

MIYA thank you so much for your attentive response and customer service!! I had an issue with one of my handle for my 5-in-1 machine and Miya took care of it for me even during this past holidays! They explained the warranty and sent me confirmation email and messages to make sure I receive the replacement which is amazing! Communication is key! From what I’ve seen the Mychway reps are there to help with any questions regarding machines or recommendations!

I went to a local spa that used their cavitation machine on me. I later found out it's made in China, and it appeared cheaply made. The results from the treatment were minimal, and I wasn't impressed.

My machine works perfectly so far and set up was easy. Oran and Miya were very attentive and answered all my questions. Excellent communication and fast shipping. I highly recommend!

MIYA!!! Best CS rep EVAH!!! Have 100 percent always had GREAT customer service from Mychway (which is insane considering they're sending 1000 dollar objects around the GLOBE!) When I say the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received!! Quick to respond to my messages and emails..I had an issue with my cavitation machine. I contacted them and they shipped me a new one that same week!!! I highly recommend this company ❤️

I held off on writing a review until I had used the machine for over a month. Customer service has been excellent - when I first made inquiries they answered promptly even though it was a holiday. They also took the initiative to explain pricing, taxes and shipping fees. Even after I received the machine, they have answered any questions I have had very promptly even when some of the questions were already answered in their user guides. They also have a group chat where anyone can ask questions, which has been very informative and helpful for me.
