I had the chance to try one of their palettes and the eyeshadows are of high quality and very pigmented.
The assistance is always available and fast.

Placed an order of about $58 using a discount code for $20 off the entire order. Customer service contacts me to say one of the items was not in stock. They did so by sending me a serial number that was not attached to any of the items so I had to email them to verify which item it was. The item was definitely showing in stock on the website but whatever. They had offered me up to an additional $5 for the inconvenience which I thought was nice.

After browsing the website for a replacement, there was not really anything I wanted in a similar price range as the out of stock pallet ($33) so I asked if I could just remove the item and keep the free shipping instead, to which they said yes. Ok great until I got the refund and it was only $25.

I informed customer service that the refund was not what I expected to which they answered it was because I used a coupon code. I informed them that the coupon was for $20 off the ENTIRE order (which after removing the pallet would have been $25 leaving me with a $5 charge) and they said this is how they do it. I said that is not reasonable for them to expect me to know that, they did not explain that or I would have done something else. They do not care. They did offer a $10 gift card (which I don't know why they can do that but not refund the $8 on the pallet I'm not getting) but I have no desire to shop with them again. Scammers.

Anytime I've ordered from them, the items come within a good timely manner. I'll always continue to order from them for a lot of my makeup. They give fantastic deals as well.

I ordered a month ago and my order has still not been dispatched according to their website, I've received no information about what's going on, and after emailing the support to see if there was an issue somewhere, they used the wrong name to refer to the owner of my order number which is worrying. I hope I will receive my order one day, in that case I'll remove my bad review, but for now it feels like I've lost over a 100€ and it's disheartening.

They had Chinese brands that are hard to get anywhere else here. The brands are so creative and have unique items. I like that they curate little sets so if you're interested in something you can get it in a set with other products from other brands that go together and have a theme. I've never seen that anywhere else. They have a points system that accumulates pretty quickly. And it's exciting to see what the Chinese beauty market has to offer. The creativity is refreshing. Customer service responds quickly and is really nice if you have questions.

Love the selection of different Chinese branded cosmetics. Packaging was very secure and none of my makeup were damaged. Came within 2-3 weeks which is reasonable. My only problem was the tracking. My order was split into 2 and only 1 had accurate tracking.

The eyeshadow and its pigment is too good. One of my fab💫🤌🤌

I waited nearly 2 weeks for the order to be shipped. Every time I asked the customer service when it would be shipped I didn't get a straight answer only "thank you for your patience". The package arrived a month after I placed the order, so all the excitement on my part was gone, there was only frustration left.

I've bought 4 products from cbeautymall, after few weeks it turned out 2 of the items are not available. I could change them for other products from this price range, but i've chosen the first ones with a cause- i wanted those particular products, not substitutes.

I placed an order on the 26th of September of a few hundred dollars. By 9th of October there was still no delivery notification (I didn't order anything on preorder), so I emailed and was told that they would only be arranging shipments late Oct to Early Nov. I said I understood and would wait, but asked to change the delivery address in that case. Mid-November I received an email confirming shipment. I checked a few times and then waited for a delivery confirmation email or the parcel, but opted to be patient given the already long lead time and overseas shipping. Come 11th of December I go to check again and it had been "delivered" on the 25th of November, 15 days ago. I contacted customer support immediately and provided screenshots to ask about the situation and for a redelivery or refund. Instead of contacting the courier, their customer service actually sent me back a screenshot of the SAME delivery notice I had just sent them, and basically sent me an email asking me to go look for it myself. Unbelievable "customer service" DO NOT SHOP HERE

I love the range of Chinese brands and products on their website! The shipping was pretty quick (I live in the EU) and the products arrived undamaged, they were packaged really well! Will definitely order again :)

I love Cbeautymall so much! I love that it has a range of brands that are underground for those in the United States and that we have a way to access them. Shipping has always been quick and their customer service has been super super responsive!

I appreciate the updates I received on my order. I purchased an item that had to be pre-ordered so it took a while to receive my item. However, once it shipped it did arrive in a timely matter. My product is ALSO so beautiful! I’m so happy with my purchase.
