Ended up with the wrong part, which I now have to sell, repair not done as I could not afford the correct part, havin paid for incorrect one, service done on my Chery, but not able to turn off the service alert on the car’s computer- not a great outcome!

They called to let me know what needed to be done. Were honest and friendly

I discovered a nail in my tyre at work and called My car to see if they could repair it, not only did they repair it in a timely manner, the service they provided was above and beyond in every way. Highly recommend this business.

Great service - I had unplanned issue with a split coolant container which sent the temperature gauge very high.
I ‘limped’ to the Croydon Mt Dandenong Rd service centre, explained the situation.
Fortunately I had an appointment in Main Street and by the time that was completed, my car was repaired and ready to go!
The staff are friendly and cheerful, and great service.

I only recently tried mycar after a bad experience in the past, where work was done & received an expensive bill.

This recent visit was for a wheel alignment I was extremely happy with. So I decided to get the basic service a few days later. The vehicle is an old bomb I'm getting back on the road & it's got allot of faults I'm addressing. The oil change went fine. Except they said I have cracked ball joints & required a wheel alignment. The ball joints have just been replaced & mycar did a wheel alignment a few days earlier.

This has blown my trust in using them again which is unfortunate as they are a 10 minute walk away.

I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed about what's needed to be done now and what can wait which makes my budgeting easier thanks everyone

Very disappointed with the service. I was simply told that my front tyres were “0 mm” and needed replacement, but no proper explanation, reason for the wear, or recommendations were provided.

The same workshop fitted these tyres and performed a wheel alignment only around 11,000 km ago, so I expected a proper assessment of why the tyres wore out so quickly. Instead, there was no discussion about possible alignment, suspension, pressure, or mechanical causes.

As a customer, I would expect clear communication, technical explanation, and guidance — not just being told to replace tyres without understanding the cause.

Poor customer service and lack of transparency.
