I came back to the store because the…
I came back to the store because the previous time the service was so prompt and fair. However I was told that they would get back to me with a rice on the car windows regulator, but nobody did. This time I came back to get some lights fixed and for the regulator costs, but the price that they quoted was far beyond the market pricing and in fact it was a few hundred dollars more. So certainly someone needs to get your charges in order. It is hap hazard, or is it based on how the customer looks when they attend the store, which is definitely not good for your organisation.

Service could be more transparent
Service could be friendlier, asked if they could check my tire if it looks like replacement or puncture while I am in store, but was told roughly that they will check in their own time and I’m welcome back to come 30-40 minutes later when they call. Wanted transparency and visibility…to learn about the tire and what happened to make it flat.
