Ok so I have been a loyal customer of my car for around 10 plus years and have always dealt with Travis from Lakehaven now the powers at be have transferred Trav to Wyoming store which is a nearly 2 hour round trip for me from my home ….. but I id just that the other day as I needed my xr8 serviced and I only let Trav touch it now that all said …. The Wyoming store is very nice the other mechanics that are there are very nice and respectful so other than the distance which we conquered the service on my xr8 was sensational Trav did he’s magic and my 20 yr old 300k beast feels like a new ute ….. excellent work Trav…… one of the most honest decent humans I’ve meet …… btw the boxster is next …….🙏🙏🙏

Tyre Repair.
Easy to arrange for repair to tyrewhich had a small nail puncture causing a very slow leak. Hassle free. Great friendly customer service.

The service was excellent. The cost was expensive.

The team is always friendly and helpful. Always open to explaining issues that sometimes arise with my car and how things can be addressed. When there are no issues though, they get the job done always faster than I expect.

Efficient prompt service with my new tyre.

Log book service, pink slip inspection, new tires and some other repairs were done to my satisfaction.

Manager was polite and helpful, and provided good advice and communication. The service was completed on-time.

The online booking service, however, is clunky and time consuming and they also, deduct the cost of your booked service from your account at the time of booking (which was just short of 1000 dollars, as I booked two cars for a logbook service) - this is no reflection on the site manager, but rather a head office issue, which should be corrected.

I was also promised a free annual roadside assistance policy for both cars, but have only received an email informing me of this for one of my vehicles.
