After two new tyres my car was driving oddly - when tyre pressures checked each tyre had a different pressure! When I called was told ‘as a courtesy perhaps we should have checked pressure of old tyres
When I went back they actually did a wheel alignment- hello is that not a given when you replace tyres?!
When I took it back again was referred to my car dealer…. VERY BAD SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Would book in there again.
I booked online, it was an easy transaction. Booked a wheel alignment, log book service and pink slip. Dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 2pm. They called me with any issues for the pink slip. Was good service.

my wife was treated very pleasantly and the rego check done as she waited. She was given a time frame for that and yes that is how long it took. We continue to go to My Car for these reasons.

Manager Tim needs a special mention here as his customer service is exceptional and the work carried out by the staff is always done in a timely manner. I have always been happy taking my car to mycar Tyre and Auto because I know they always do a great job and I have been taking my car there for over 20 years and my 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage never lets me down.
