Trustworthy service. Can not fault.
Everyone here is super helpful and kind. I honestly could rate everyone here much higher. I don’t feel intimidated and feel like I can ask silly questions without being made to feel that way. I trust that they are honest when quoting me, and never feel like I’m being taken for a ride. Highly recommend.

Luke and the team keep you informed with what is required for your vehicle. They are happy to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend the only place I will let service my car.

Ease of booking, timely service and reasonable charge. The only criticism was that there was no report attached of the wheel alignment that was carried out.

Professional, Wonderful, Knowledgeable
Wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly staff at West Lakes mycar! This shout-out goes especially to Dylan, who went above and beyond to genuinely try and source my preferred tyre type — the Kumho HT51s that had carried our family an impressive 85,000 km in just three years and were true to their warranty hype. I really appreciated Dylan’s honest efforts, his patient follow-up call, and the respectful, friendly way he spoke with me as a female rural customer — that alone has well and truly earnt West Lakes mycar a BIG tick and my continued support.
Dylan was also fantastic with my 82-year-old dad, who deliberately drove nearly 200 km just to have his four new tyres fitted and wheels aligned at West Lakes - all because of the positive manner in which Dad's phone call inquiry was handled.
The whole Westlakes team, including the helpful service desk staff, show that great service really does take a little bit of the sting out of a big spend. Well done, everyone — I look forward to seeing you all again when it’s time for the next set of tyres -hopefully the Kuhmo HT's will be back :-)

Repairing a car heater.
MyCar management chased up a problem that I had been experiencing for a while, they got a part in for me all the way from WA. They communicated when the part was here in SA and ready to be placed in my car. It is great to have a working heater again, thanks guys!
