Outstanding Service Thanks to Michael
I recently had my tyres replaced and a wheel alignment done at mycar Tyre & Auto – Wallan Junction, and the whole experience was excellent. The online booking process was quick and hassle-free, which made organising the appointment really easy.
A special mention to one of the staff members, I believe his name was Michael. He was incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely caring. His friendly attitude and the way he looked after customers really stood out. That kind of positive energy is one of the main reasons I’ll continue coming back to this branch.
The work was completed promptly, and my car now feels great to drive. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this team!

Great service at My Car Wallan!
I had an issue with my BMW shocks, and the team diagnosed it properly and replaced them. They also completed the service, and now the car feels perfect. Very happy with their work and professionalism. I’ll definitely recommend My Car Wallan to everyone.

Expensive Service
They kept the car whole day for half a day of work and also charge me for Wheel alightment and tyre fitting even though when I went for log book service which cost me $ 899. And they have forget to put on pollen filter, I have to remind them off and put it in last minute at time of picking up the car at 5:30pm. Didn't seem to be professional and do things in timely manner. And expensive service.

You pay for peace of mind and get the extra option but every time something has happened they come out with something and tell it not covered so it time to find different mechanic and get thing done cheaper
