Super nice guys at Mycar Kmart Plaza Aitkenvale. Thanks to Josh for checking the check engine light of our car for free. Explained the codes in simple terms and made the whole experience pleasant.

I made an appointment for a certain time but then was asked to leave my car there all day. (Appt made with call centre) I then arranged to come at 0800, a few days later. Elected to get the Continental Tyres as they attracted a 10,000 point flybuys reward plus value of tyres which I had accptivated on flybuys app. On payment, I learnt that flybuys wasn’t available. Have made a claim but not been awarded as yet.

From the first phone call through to car getting repaired I was treated with respect and courtesy. I interacted with Jack and Josh and can honestly say they are both wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date on parts needed and the pricing of the parts. They repaired my car swiftly. They are a credit to your company and they are the reason I will return to your company.
