Very Friendly, helpful customer service. They really waited for me to arrive when my Taxi failed to show up for transport to pick the car at the end of the day. Really appreciate the staff.

I went in for a service, got a 3k quote of things needing to be done.
Then they said today I absolutely needed my front brake pads and rotors changed and it was going to cost $562.
Oh and they also wanted to charge me $89 for a wheel alignment which I did with them two months ago. So did they not do it that time or were they trying to get more money out of me?
This was a major red flag so I took my car and got out a mobile brake specialist.

The specialist changed the brake pads and just machined the rotors for $260, saving me $300. He also picked up on the fact that my brake pedal was going all the way to the floor on his test drive. The brake master cylinder needed replacing.

Apparently at MyCar they do a test drive but that wasn’t picked up?? A very big safety issue!

Will not be going back to MyCar and will be taking that quote to a reputable mechanic to see how much is actually needing to be done and how much it will cost.

I had a very expensive service done, next day found wiper container leaking. I rang and was told yes, they saw that I forgot to tell you when you picked up the car. I would like to know why wasn’t I called so they could replace it seeing they had the car there. No! He told me he would send me a quote. A week later I still don’t have it. I really am angry as I have been going there for quite a few years now.

Fixed my blown tyre on the spot. All the lifts were full and I had no appointment but they got the job done manually. Amazing service.

Friendly, fast, well priced, helpful. I won't be going anywhere else now that I have been to My Car. Very happy
