The communication was bad
The communication was bad. I was told ot would be ready on the Friday but no one called when I tried to call on Friday noone answered. I called back Saturday and they couldn't find a part. I found one straight away and got it and delivered it to them. Because of the lack of communication I lost the person who wanted to buy the car now I have 30 days to find a new seller.

Service was very good
Service was very good. Tyres were available at time of booking and fitting done when requested. in the few days that they have been fitted the tyres are exactly as described, quiet and good handling. Would have been 5 star except fitting took longer than promised. I would recommend My Car.

Deceived
I wouldn’t give 1 star, but no option to give zero stars. I was deceived.
Staff member quoted me over the phone, once work was completed, I was overcharged.

Visiting from Tasmania
I was visiting from Tasmania and had a puncture in one of the new tyres I had recently purchased in Tassie. I took it to the Melton branch and they were so friendly and helpful, my tyre was repaired within 2 hours even though they were very busy and it was also under warranty so it cost me nothing. I couldn't ask for better service and this was 2 days before Xmas. 🙂
