In Regards Mycar manager Loki. He ticks all the boxes & always has for all aspects of customer service. I had gone away from mycar but I stuck my head in there one day soon Loki took over at Sunnybank hills. Definately capable of moving up the ranks of the company & no doubt will. Also an astute assessor of car problem areas with your vehicle that other companies fail to pick up.

The staff and service at Sunnybank hills was attentive and efficient, repairing the puncture in my tire as quickly as possible and getting my car back on the road so I could get back to work. I was offered a seat in the waiting area while it was being done. Thank you!

Loki was so helpful and they repaired my tyre very quickly. I felt as if I was their number one priority. I highly recommend this business and will be returning for all my tyre and mechanical repairs and servicing. Five stars.

Replaced the two front tyres, very friendly, helpful & efficient service, good price.

Came in with an external light issue, the gentlemen fixed it right quick, and free of charge. Very generous customer service, with quick and efficient hands-on service. 10/10!

The service Sunnybank Hills MyCar Tyre & Auto provide is fantastic. Staff all very professional, extremely hard working, great attention to detail even when totally under the pump with walk in customers streaming seemingly endlessly through the doors for help. Their friendliness and courtesy to everyone, no matter how large or small or urgent the problem is amazing! And they do a really great job making sure that you fully understand what has been done. So..Great value, convenience, customer service and professional skills. They are really excellent! To top it all off its a very convenient location located in an under cover shopping centre carpark. Its fixed while you shop 😂

I recently had four new tyres fitted at mycar Tyre & Auto and overall I was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and the tyres were offered at a very competitive price. The work was completed efficiently and I am satisfied with the quality of the tyres and the service provided.

The only area where I believe there is room for improvement is the wheel alignment. In my opinion, wheel alignment should be included as part of the tyre fitting service, especially when purchasing a full set of four new tyres. This would provide even better value for customers and help ensure the tyres perform optimally from the start.

Overall, it was a positive experience and I would be happy to recommend mycar Tyre & Auto to others.

Booked tyre replacement ( without wheel alignment ) at 8:00AM, which should take about half an hour, They took 2 freaking hours for such a tiny job! I was told that it would take around 1 and Half Hour, but after about 2 hours I told them that it’s been 2 hours, they gave me excuse saying that your booking was made between 8:00AM TO 2:00PM like are you serious?, will never install tyre from this store or any mycar

Invoiced me a $1400 bill for a $250 job. Disappointing …
