I had a major service of my car recently - as usual the team were quick to provide information on what needed to be done. My car was ready on time and for a really great price. I have enjoyed this treatment for a decade and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The guys at Southland were fantastic!
The customer service at Southland were fantastic!
Recently I had a flat tyre and they were able to fit a brand new tyre for me at very little notice which I greatly appreciated.
The service person on the desk was polite and helpful and from have a flat to getting it fitted and ready to drive home was only a hour or slightly more.

The person that addresses my issue, Michaelia (apologies for spelling!) was absolutely fantastic. Not only recognising the extenuating circumstances around the problem, but truly going above and beyond to resolve. Amazing professionalism and courtesy displayed. It was a good service from these people. They may consider locking doors before leaving the car unattended in the public car park. Luckily nothing was stolen within the car.
