Flat tyre on a Monday morning
Woke up to a completely flat tyre and dropped into MyCar Southland. Tobi squeezed me in on short notice, diagnosed the tyre quickly (RIP) and had a replacement on and me back on my way to work in no time. Friendly and efficient service. Thanks Tobes & team!

Fantastic experience with MyCar…
Fantastic experience with MyCar Southland. Each staff member I spoke to was so friendly and welcoming and took the time to listen to my concerns about my car. They were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what repairs were needed and why, as well as confirming with me first before they went ahead. A lot was required and they managed to get it all done in one day. Definitely recommend MyCar Southland!

I asked for a basic service with tyres…
I asked for a basic service with tyres only rotated if needed, which would have required me to upgrade to a more expensive service. Upon checking, they told me the tyres did not need to be rotated.
They are a very friendly and trustworthy team, and I highly recommend them.

My experience wash shocking, the mechanic did not know what he was doing, told me the battery needed replacing but didn’t realise it was because I left the aircon on and he didn’t even realise that the aircon was left on, not a good service don’t take your care there.

Matt at the desk was great
Matt at the desk was great, pleasant, friendly & helpful and knew who I was as I walked in the door. All My Car staff I’ve met have been very professional and willing to spend time explaining the problem and offering solutions with an estimate of cost. I feel confident I’m getting excellent service.
