Excellent service must recommend

Fast and friendlylol

The people were great, however, I got a call when the service was underway saying that I would need to change air filters and other components. The staff members confirmed with me saying that the works can be done on the agreed upon time. However, when I got there to pick up the car, they did not had it ready and I had to come again the following day. The staff were nice but this could have been coordinated much better. Hopefully the management could do something nice for my next service.

The team at MyCar South Perth are very honest. Despite discovering a puncture while fitting a new tyre they fixed this free of charge when they could have easily charged me for a new tyre.

They scheduled our booking on a day that we desperately needed it even though they were fully booked. Very grateful tp the manager :)

I have always found MyCar fabulous but not this time. I booked my car in to replace 2 tyres, i asked for a 9am booking but was told it had to be 8am. I arrived just before 8am and waited until the office was opened, i was the first car there. Handed over my keys and I confirmed the time that I was told when I booked that it would take 1.5 hours. I told the guy I was going over to McDonalds and asked if I could be contacted if it was finished earlier he doubled checked my phone number
I received no call so returned at the advised time. I was told nothing had been done to my car as the worker whose job list I was on turned up late. I was told I had to wait ! I was very annoyed I could have been contacted as soon as they knew and I would of come back and waited at home where I could have worked. So I waited. It took over an hour. I understand problems with staff reliability but your usual fantastic customer service reputation was ruined.
I received many apologies from the worker manning the desk, repeating the story. A waste of my morning !

Very friendly staff and happy with service

They booked me in that day and even tho they were busy they got the work done. I had no spare tyre and would be in trouble without there help i had a long drive that night. They also bent my rim back into place. The Morley and Belmont store have always been fantastic they go above and beyond

I had a blown tyre when it clipped the kerb on 07/11/23. Dropped in the next day without an appointment. Gursahib and team fitted me in and got the tyre replaced for free as it was only changed a few month back. I was expecting to pay for the tyre. In and out within half an hour. Thanks guys...awesome customer service. In my many experiences with tyre service centres, you guys are the only one thus far that did the job without the hassle of having to make another appointment. I wish you guys a very Happy Diwali.

I highly recommend Mycar South Perth. They regularly service my car and do an excellent job. They are very reasonable with pricing, thorough, friendly and reliable.
