Excellent team and service
Adrian and the team have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every time I've talked to them about my car. They regularly have my vehicle ready quickly, they're very clear and transparent about what work needs doing and what's involved, and they always go above and beyond for their customers. I've used mycar South Morang for services, tyres, repairs, and I highly recommend them.

Went to Westfield Mycar with Flat tyre.
They not responded swiftly but the cover the repair cost under tyre care plan😊.
Upon receiving the repaired tyre they change it back on car as well. Great service team

Great service as usual
Communication was excellent- I was kept informed of all the problems my car did or might have and was offered choices in dealing with them. Definitely not a hard sell. I had my car back in a very timely fashion. Adrian and the mechanical team at South Morang do a terrific job.

They are honest
They are honest, kind and do their best to find the most affordable option possible. They are helpful and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to both help me and put my mind at ease. They talk me through everything before they do the work to make sure I'm not left with any surprises and that I'm ok with the work being done. I am treated with respect and patience.

I drove in with out booking my car .
Adrian the manager explained that he is busy with other vehicles, However Adrian had a Quick Look and explained that I needed power leads for starters ,He said he will have a look during his lunch break and to come back in a few hours , and he fixed the problem
