Bring back Ahmed!
Eric and his crew came to the rescue of the Banyule and Nillumbik L2P program yet again. Always supportive of the disadvantaged young people in the local community.. but wait... where was Ahmed? Ahmed, Eric's right hand man was no longer working there. Such a shame. He was such a respectful warm-hearted guy and what he didn't know about cars wasn't worth knowing! Wish you all the best Ahmed... but please come back!

Always fantastic service
Always fantastic service - with an added bonus of humour (thanks Eric). Prompt efficient and excellent service. We have been going to Mycar Rosanna for many years, at least 6, probably 10, and it is always the same great service. We appreciate your work guys.

Went to my car Rosanna with a screw in tyre,they took it out on the spot & checked if any leak. Was all good & on my way. Just like to thank the crew down there as they r busy, definitely recommend them

Disgusting behaviour, all these individuals should be sacked and I would recommend a new team
When a worker tells your wife to shut up as he isn’t talking to her. Throwing a tyre at your car and then picking it up and with force throwing it into the back of your car.

Staff very helpful and friendly, rang and advised what else was needed apart from regular service and advised what the cost round be. They were obliging in having car ready for pick up time required.

Cheats
I was quoted for DBA rotors with Bendix brake pads and what was fitted was a 'Repco' set! Fortunately, I discovered it in time and they adjusted the price after being challenged, but experience did leave a bad taste. Really disappointed with the experience and I can't trust this place anymore!

My 21 year old Astra was towed to Rosanna by the RACV, l thought its life was over. Bingo it was fixed and ready to drive the next day. Great result, thankyou.
