I am going to keep it simple. They saved me money by recommending a service based on my car needs. Then they stood behind there workmanship by replacing a component at their expense rather than squabble over who the fault lied with.

These guys were just great, they made the time before they closed to repair 2 punctures on a tyre. They also checked the other 3 wheels to make sure they were ok.
Do I recomend them to others, definitely. I will be back.

Booked in on time and car was ready earlier than estimated. Good work done, no attempts to upsell or pressure for more work, good report given on what will be needed/due for future servicing.

Came in under quote and fabulous job done

The people behind the counter were positive in their actions and made me feel I was an important customer.
The quote for the work to be done was an honest figure without padding and the work was done on time.
An honest and reliable mechanic, it was my daughter's experience with there guys that made me go to them. She gets her car serviced at mycar Rockingham.
These guys did the job in under 2hours the local Nissan dealership quoted for 6 hours labour.

The reception guy was really helpful and knowledgeable.

I wanted my beaks fixed, the warning light was on and at times the breaks would not work. They said to come back another time to get them done as they only wanted to do the car service on that day. They test drove my car after the service and even though the break warning light was still on and the breaks didn't work they let me drive off home I took it to another repair shop the next day and it was the break booster that needed replacing .

My tyres are great!

Here is the problem. I received a verbal quote for my rear brakes $596 for cheap brakes from Supercheap (even I know thats more than double, including .5 hrs labour). Your staff member explained that there was 3mm on each rear pad. Once home, I removed the rear tyres and measure the pads with a vernier. There are 6mms plus, on the pads.
I earn $600 per week, and have saved for 2 months to replace my tyres, I was absolutely devastated that I needed this work done. I also was told that my front suspension bushes were cracked, and a quote would be sent. No quote was received for either, no doubt because it would have to be entered into your system, and not just a verbal agreement. Neither of these bushes were damaged in any way.
On that note, whilst I sat in reception for an hour, every phone call that was made for customers to collect their vehicles, were told that they needed extra work done and a verbal quote was supplied during that call. 100% of customers!!! Id love to know how many of these repairs were supplied with an official quote, or just ended up in your system as sales. I would also love to know how many of these good people were women. Good Job Rockingham MyCar! You blatantly rip off your clients, I for one can confirm this.
Sadly, I wont be back and neither will any people that I know who also has in the past trusted your company. All had similar experiences, and all single mums. What a bunch of a$$holes!

Good communication and meeting service needs.

Customer service was friendly and professional. Only issue was that they didn't update online information after being informed of changes.

Both the gentlemen that I spoke to at the counter where very polite and helpful. They let me know my options, what the warranty was and when gave me time frame to change the rear tyres and my brakes. Which is great for my to plan.

Poor Employment management, poor quality management, lack of assistance, made me wait 5 hours for nothing to be done on the vehicle
