I am a long standing customer since 2013 Gold Coast, Toowoomba and now Rockhampton.
As always, I am treated with respect and a genuine customer relationship.
The TEAM in Rockhampton are amazing!
I recommend them to anyone who wants good old customer service.

Great service as usual.
However this time I had 4 new tyres fitted and very happy with those...but the rubber marks left on all 4 tyre rims was totally unacceptable. The marks were not there prior.
I had to use degreaser at home to get these marks off.
As usual tho..the office staff were very polite and helpful.

I discovered a nail in my tyre at work and called My car to see if they could repair it, not only did they repair it in a timely manner, the service they provided was above and beyond in every way. Highly recommend this business.

I didnt have to wait very long to book…
I didnt have to wait very long to book in a service, they had good availability.
They were friendly when i dropped off and picked up the car. Happy to explain everything to me and let me know what other maintenance i might need.
