Job was not done when it was promised in the quote verbally. No follow up call/ email whatsoever received to date even this issue already addressed to the person when I picked up the call.

Customer service provided on my last visit at the same store about 12 months was way better.

Got a great deal for regular service via mycar discount. Seems like they’ve replaced liquids that were out and warned me about rear shocks and needing to do a pressure leak test. I’m going to get a quote from mycar this week and see how costly it’ll be to do all the repairs.
PS - I did my homework already on how much a pair of rear shocks should cost, so the quote mycar are meant to share with me this week will determine whether they're reasonably priced or not.

The young man front of store at Northcote Tthon I am not sure how to spell his name, was most helpful and very easy to deal with, he couldn't do enough for me

Disappointed, dropped my car at 8am it wasn’t done until 3pm and then 40mins later I was called to pick it up, they told me things I should do that they could have done, they also said I need things done and to book back in like rear beeps but that’s what I also requested to be done, I felt unsafe leaving and booked it with a new dealer.
They also couldn’t remember if the put Coolant fluid in as it was low and told me to poor warm water over the battery. So confused and disappointed. Won’t be back
