Spent the standard repair price but the mechanics have not checked the brake properly. The car vibrates and the brake is loose when brake applied in downhill and in highway.

My car Redbank- Very friendly staff, upfront honest about any issues that needs urgent attention plus a pre-warning of any possible delays on fixing time. Reasonable costs as well.

Redbank - what a team!!!!!!
Discovered a puncture overnight, called the following morning at 9:16am, drove to the centre and out the door with my tyre repaired by 10:13am. What a team!!!!!!

Great friendly service
Great friendly service. They went above the standrad customer service when my car broke down a few hundred meters from them & helped push my car to a safe area before getting it into the shop. Im very happy with the work they needed to do to get my car on the road again & the time it took. All round one very happy customer

My car has a service garage
I came in for a tyre puncture and a service to the Redbank shop. It has been booked within an hour and the pick up within 2 hours. How quick is that? Excellent customer service, very happy with the price. I highly recommend. Thank you!

DISGRACEFUL
DISGRACEFUL. took my car here for a wheel alignment and caught them revving the engine with the bonnet open while staff and random members of the public were filming it and leaning in the engine bay touching everything. When questioned as to why they were revving the engine I was told the guys were just curious. WTF!!! Extremely unprofessional and the wheel alignment was garbage, the car was all over the road and the front tyres were ruined by the time I got home. Stay away from these clowns!!!

Radiator replaced and sanity maintained
MyCar Redbank recently replaced my radiator and thermostat as requested. I often replace parts myself but these were beyond the capacity of my toolbox and my frustration tolerance. MyCar Redbank also replaced the oil filter which I hadn't done during my recent oil change as it's difficult to get to but much easier with the radiator out. The staff were helpful and courteous and I'll definitely go there again. In fact I have to because there's a noise that I haven't been able to find and resolve myself.
