Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service! I arrived very close to closing time with a punctured tyre, and the team were incredibly kind and accommodating and fixed the puncture quickly and professionally. To top it off, they didn’t even charge me for the repair! Really genuine, friendly service and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this tyre shop!

My recent experience has changed my confidence in My Car.
After using this service for four years, I’ve generally been very happy with the team. Unfortunately, my most recent pink slip and service left me concerned. I was advised that I needed front and rear brakes and discs replaced for $2,200, along with new shocks and control arms totalling $3,600.
To be safe, I sought a second opinion from another mechanic. They completed the brake work for roughly half the quoted price, and confirmed that the shocks and control arms did not require replacement.
This experience has changed my confidence in the business, and I’d encourage others to get a second quote for major repairs. Sadly, they’ve lost me as a customer, and I no longer feel comfortable recommending the company based on my recent experience.

I’ve been using MyCar for around four years. The staff are always friendly, and very helpful.
My car always seems to drive better after a service, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The team make everything easy and are great to deal with.

Well PENRITH
Well, I was going to give it 5 stars but the reception area in Penrith really is not nice. The staff are good but the interior is drab, cold and uninviting. A few dollars spent there would make all the difference. The staff were wonderful and I do sing their praises.
