Went for brake pads change
Went for brake pads change. The manager told us after they had inspected the brakes that it was his policy to always change the rotors when changing the brake pads to avoid any warranty headaches. But as the rotors were changed last pad change I didn't want to pay $1200 when it didn't require the rotors to be changed. He then refused to change the pads but still charged us labour fee.
Have been using MyCar for years. Oyster Bay MyCar did significant brand and trust damage here

I had an issue with my right blinker…
I had an issue with my right blinker not working, so I stopped by at 8:15am without a booking. Gabriel took the time to check it out and quickly resolved the problem — I was in and out within 5 minutes. He provided excellent service and was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from the guys at Oyster Bay Mycar. Reasonable prices, great customer service and reliable workmanship. Complimentary roadside assist is a big plus.

Knowledgeable and friendly
Can be a little busy so make sure to plan and book ahead. Also a good sign they are popular. Knowledgable, efficient and friendly service. Reasonable prices for the work that was done.
