Great communication and quick repair

Reliable car service.
When I couldn’t navigate the online booking system. I rang MyCar in Northcote and the MyCar employee was very helpful and booked my service.
I was informed of things the car might need repaired if I chose.
I was made aware of pricing.
Picking up and dropping off car was seamless!

The cost increases have motivated me to look around for a new mechanic who is financially more competitive, after using MyCar for more than the last decade

Excellent booking service and the staff were very helpful in repairing the tyre as efficiently as possible. I have a husband with Alzheimer’s who can’t be left alone for too long so it was very helpful to have such prompt service. Thanks.
