Had to wait over 3 hours for a puncture repair that was booked in for a time. Lost my expensive tyre valve cap

Damaged mycar
I took my car in to have my front shock absorber mounts repaired mycar phoned me saying my car had been damaged accidently they said they left it in drive while on the hoist they admitted to the damage and had there insurance pay for it but they refused to pay for the fuel i had to use to go pick up a hire car and to return it which left me out of pockey by about $50 so in affect i ended up paying $50 to have my car fixed from the damage they caused thanks alot mycar

They found the problem and fixed it for half the price I was thinking

Unfortunately my car needed some repairs.I was given a written quote and everything that was to be done to my car was itemised. Repairs were done in good time and I will definitely go back for services and any future repairs.
