I’ve been going to neutral bay my car for years in b neutral bay and they have seats been amazing. Once again I received great advice, they explained everything clearly to me and why things had to be done, they were professional, I had George looking after me this week and he was amazing and went out of his way to make sure I had the car back well serviced within the timeframe I needed. The cars running much better and smoothly, I understand why they had to work on certain things and he was polite informative, kept me updated and I honestly can’t fault the experience I had this week with my car neutral bay after almost 10 years of going there I will continue tov have my cars serviced there in the future

Would have got 5 stars had they not lost the radio connection that required a radio code - frustrating!

There was an issue with my pirelli tyres not arriving for the appointment due to system issues, but arrangements were made promplty.

Staff were helpful, engaging and apologetic.

I really like them and have been using them for decades BUT I dislike getting back into my car and the steering wheel is lower, the radio station is changed, the seat has been sent all the way back, all the mirrors are moved and wacky, plus the air conditioning button is on and I don't use the air conditioner, so I need to work out what that strange noise is, then realise what it is, and then work out how to move everything back so I can drive my car safely. Ahhhh. I know you need to make it safe for the mechanic to drive but gosh, can’t you put some of the things back to how you found them?

Manager Steve was very helpful in organizing the time for my car registration certificate, so easy and in a very professional manner…..it was so appreciated and will certainly book it in for any service my car needs in the future.

Extremely Disappointed – Dishonest and Untrustworthy.

I took my car in for a pink slip and was told there was a serious oil leak that could cause a fire. The mechanic quoted me over $800 for the repair and even showed me a photo as "proof." Something didn’t sit right with me, so I didn’t approve the job.

I took the car to another trusted mechanic for a second opinion — they inspected everything thoroughly and found **no oil leaks, no damage, no issues at all**. My car was completely fine.

Not only was I misled about a non-existent issue, but it turns out the photo I was shown wasn’t even from my vehicle. It was clearly a tactic to scare me into paying for unnecessary work.

This was an attempt to scam me, plain and simple. Be very careful if you’re considering bringing your car here. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs.
