I took my car for rego check and change…
I took my car for rego check and change of tyre. They found sway link front was broken they fixed it and also did the wheel alignment. But they didn’t check the radiator was leaking. Later I found smoke coming out of bonnet, I took it back and they said radiator leaking it will cost be another $1045. My question is why they didn’t check or see this.

The Total Package

Always adding onto the costs of…
Always adding onto the costs of service, the price paid is never the price the service ends up costing. This time the additional cost was more than double the original price paid. The items they said they changed (windscreen wiper blades) didn’t appear to be changed at all. It appeared to be a common practice of upselling as they were making several calls while I was there doing the same thing to other customers. I will be looking for an alternative place to service my car that provides upfront costs
