Went in for a service at Mt Gravatt and…
Went in for a service at Mt Gravatt and ended up needing two new tyres. This was my first service on this car as I only bought it second hand last year. Josh was kind, accommodating and friendly and answered all my questions. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and happy with their customer service. Thank you!

Rick made my experience comfortable. He did a thorough job on my vehicle and went above and beyond finding a spare break rotor for me and installing it the next day - he also price beat the part to all other competitors

Great Staff
The usual friendly staff. Very helpful in looking after you and suggesting any changes to your service. Very rare these days!!! But so much appreciated. Car serviced and done on time as well.

First time to use mycar
Could book in for a brake check quite quickly and necessary work was carried out promptly. Friendly staff and good explanation of what work had been carried out.

Not impressed
Dropped car off for service, during Thai time the shop was not contactable (phone lines were down) and I was unable to advise them to change headlight bulbs. I ended up buying my own and when I went to change them in the carpark, the headlight was not plugged in properly after the service (I did this myself) I then realised the log book was not completed so I had to drive back to the store to get this completed. Later I realised that the windshield wipers were not changed despite this being requested at drop off and being paid for. I called and after multiple attempts and transfers finally was able to get through to the right store. They came out to my home to replace the wipers. 3 things that should have been done in 1 visit turned into having to drive back twice and a call out…
