the girl on the counter was rude to my wife because she payed with cash.

Over priced and rude…. Was given 2 quotes with 2 different prices. Took my car in just for a service and left with more issues then what I went in with. No remorse shown, they could care less.

My 2nd time using mycar for tyres. Pirelli 40% off EOFY sale was the deciding factor. Ordered and booked online. Fitting/wheel alignment took 2hrs (down 3 staff that day). Overall a good experience.

My tyre the next day ballooned out and they said it debeaded. So they fixed it but then I noticed that when I break my front left headlight that’s white lights up. They changed a blinker but this isn’t a blinker it’s just a random white light that turns on the front when I break now

Did a basic service on my car. Left it there half the day. It rund good, they did a good job, hope they changed what they said. Ool looked clean, can't confirm filter.

When I dropped the car off I casually mentioned that I may get rid of the car in a few months. They got obsessed with the idea of whether I needed a roadworthy or not which I hadn't asked for nor wanted, so much so that they didn't look at the issues I asked them to such as the windscreen wipers stopping in the middle of the windscreen and the change oil light on. The change oil light was still on as I left. They didn't tell me what the issue with the windscreen wipers were. The mentioned there were 16 fault codes but they couldn't tell me if there were any issues with the car being unsafe to drive. I know one of the reasons the warning lights on are to do with the brakes. When I took the car in six months ago, they were certain I needed 4 new tyres. This time they didn't mention it. I told them to let me know if anything really needs doing. Obviously the tyres don't need doing. Not great service or experience. Completely ignored what I asked for and assumed my needs based on selling the car in a few months.

Upon paying for my services provided it ended up being $200 cheaper than original quote.
The part they quoted me on was the wrong size, and the right part was cheaper.
I have faith in their honesty.
