Tyres were changed ok and wheel…
Tyres were changed ok and wheel alignment is good. No issues there.
Had to try three times, twice over the phone and once in person (I honestly wanted it on the quote but no one could work that out). My last tyre place failed at putting the front tyres on the rear and then new tyres on the front. Leaving me with ancient bald tyres on the rear.
I wanted it explicitly mentioned to put the new tyres on the front, put the current still ok tyres from the front on the rear and ditch the old rear tyres. No one could do it. I got blank looks. No sure if it was a language barrier.
Even on pickup the guy was like we put two new front tyres on and he had no idea about the rears. I had to go literally check my car before I paid.
In the end they did it right but I had zero confidence that they would which isn't great...

Garage way very helpful and honest
Garage way very helpful and honest. The belt i booked in to be replaced was not the primary problem for my car so they rang and let me know it would be a waste of money if i didn't get another part replaced. Very honest and great service all the work i did have done was great and car is running perfect again.

Close to home turn around from drop off to pick up was way quicker than expected.

Phone number issues
The service was very good but initially I had trouble getting to speak to someone through the 13 number - the automated voice said the business was closed. It wasn't closed as my call was made during working hours. I had to find a local phone number to get through to anyone.

THEY ALSO TOOK IT OUT OF MY BOOT AND THEN RETURNED IT BACK TOO MY BOOT WHEN I COLLECTED IT. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

I had an issue with tyres
I had to replace damaged tyre went in and seen them they were happy to help even saved me 50% off new set after they explained about black Friday sale .
They were happy to order in advance and wait the week to give me the special price was much appreciated and they did a good job on the fitting and balance
