Had a bit of bad luck having to have my car towed for fixing, chose to have my car towed to Maroochydore
My Car as this was the nearest business from my address. I have always used my car for servicing needs wherever I've been. Due to it being delivered by tow truck, I contacted them to let them know of the issue & for them to expect my car. They accepted my car without any issue & very promptly the next day had assessed the cars issue & informed me of same. Knowing that they had other cars already booked for work I didn't expect such quick service! They had my car assessed & fixed by that afternoon, very grateful & impressed. Thankyou guys! Very appreciative of having great mechanics & great service because we rely on our vehicles so much!

I booked in for rear brakes replacement and they called me immediately to advise that the rear brakes were find but the front brakes need attention asap. I really appreciated the honesty.

Michael at your Maroochydore location was fantastic to deal with. Unfortunately I needed an alternator replaced at short notice while travelling down to south east Queensland. Found Michael to be very easy to deal with and honest. If I lived closer I would bring all my vehicles here.

They told me my car would be ready at 3:30 p.m. and it was.

Service was great at MyCar as usual - however the car parking situation ( I had to pay $8 parking - or walk to the other side of the Plaza to have my parking validated) left a bitter lingering taste.
We use MyCar for our company fleet (approx 15 cars) but is this behaviour continues by Sunshine Plaza, we will have to rethink our fleet servicing.

The service was booked and the vehicle confirmed. I drove 45 mins to mycar as they advertised that they were the closest fully functional BYD service center. Left my car for an hour and walked around the Plaza, only for them to call and tell me that they did not have the equipment needed to do the first service. I have since been informed by BYD that the first service is essentially a software update and check. Wild waste of my time, burned half a day for no results and basically just a shurg and a "take it to BYD - they are over there".
