Absolutely a fuss-free experience getting a puncture repaired under the mycar Tyre Care Plan. Simply made an online enquiry, had a booking for two days time, and then an hour or two after dropping off the car the tyre was fixed, inflated and back to its usual position. All at no cost thanks to the complimentary Tyre Care Plan.

I was very impressed with their efficiency and price was great too.
I also think the bonus of having 17c a litre off petrol is helpful, with prices fluctuating at the moment.
As is road side assistance for 12 months helpful, which is included.
John advised me about new tyres which I knew I needed.

John explained everything clearly that needed to be done to my car.
It was all done in a timely manner and the location is user friendly as it is in the Marion shopping centre.

I've heard MyCar get a bad rap in forums, but I dealt with Thomas and John and they seemed like very genuine guys. They diagnosed a list of items which could be serviced and e-mailed me an itemised quote without pressuring me to do any of it, as well as telling me I didn't need to service something I thought I probably would have to.

I recently needed a tyre repair in a hurry as I live in a semi rural area and got a flat tyre on my way to the city. The service at both the Noarlunga and Marion Mycar workshops was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and I drove away feeling that good service can still be found!

Excellent service at a great price. John went above-and-beyond with his honest and respectful attitude, as well as a cheerful sense of humour - adding a delightful bit of fun to our experience. John also made sure I understood what service was provided as well as any tips on keeping things running smoothly. It was great to receive an added benefit in free road side assistance for the year.
