Booking my car for a service online was brilliant I could select the drop off and pickup times and what service I wanted for my vehicle. As an extra my mycar contacted me and advised I needed replacement wipers and tyres luckily for me the tyres were on special.

Booked in for a standard 10,000km…
Booked in for a standard 10,000km service in advance. Picked up the vehicle at the end of the day and was advised they couldn't complete all of the items because they were afraid of breaking one of the parts to do so. Was advised they would reduce the price, but the point is to get the servicing done. Within a couple of hundred kilometres of the service, experienced significant vibrations through the front end of the car particularly when driving at highway speed. Have since had another mechanic look at it. Universal controller is totally degraded, and control arms don't comply with roadworthy standards. All parts need replacing. Further, the tail shaft wasn't even greased up - basic servicing requirement. None of this was picked up or relayed to me at any time during communication with MyCar Manuka. Essentially paid ~$900 for an incomplete service (poor quality at that), and failure to pick up significant roadworthy and safety issues. Waste of my time, and money.
