Not at all Happy with service
This is first and last time I have given my car for servicing to Mycar.
Person coordinating from Mycar not polite and helpful at all. Feel rude behaviour in answering my queries.
Also not feel worth spending so much money on servicing at Mycar. It's very basic servicing and not provided resolution of issue that I am facing in my car. I was expecting better solution considering Mycar reputation.
Not Happy and next time will be looking for other mechanics for sure.
Apologies for giving negative feedback. I don't like to give such comments but I thought good be for company for improving quality services to customers.

Josh at mycar at Kurralta Shopping Center, Adelaide
Josh, the staff member I worked with, was as always helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and timely. My car required a number of repairs as well as the usual handbook work. Issues of sequencing arose as well as the need for future work. Josh was able to explain each repair, as well as its cost and the timetable for completion. I felt fully informed and well looked after. All in all, Josh and the staff at Kurralta provide a superior customer experience.

I felt like I was getting honest and respectful service. I previously had a bad experience with another company and hadn’t had my car serviced for a very longtime. I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated and will definitely get my car serviced there again.
