The person I spoke with on the phone to book my car in was very informative and efficient. When I went to pick the car up the person I payed the bill with seemed like they did not know what they were talking about. By the sounds of things and from reading the invoice there is a fair amount of work that needs to be done to my car and the person at the front desk had no idea what time frame or the urgency of when I should be doing it making me feel uneasy about the quality of the service that I had. This is in no way meant to be disparaging towards the person that I collected the keys off of- I just felt like they were junior and did not understand the impact that their indecisiveness/lack of information had on someone that knows very little about mechanics
