I was on the other side of town from home when my car overheated.
Pulled into MYCAR Keilor Downs and Vinnie assisted me on the spot and saved the day! He saw that the issue was a crack in the coolant bottle and gave me useful advise.

Great customer service
5 stars for the manager Vinnie, he's very friendly and helpful and the service was straight forward and easygoing. He also helped us to find 4 new tyres for our car very quick and at a great price. Will definitely come back for the next service.

Great experience when dealing with Nam @ Keilow Downs Store
I called into the Keilor Downs store unexpectedly with my mother who has sever mobility issues, due to a nail in my tyre, I spoke to Nam (2 IC) explained my delimar and he was incredibly generous and professional with his time, understood the urgency for having the tyre repaired and arranged to have a team member attend to the tyre. I would certainly recommend the store to friends and family and have enquired in relation to having my vehicle serviced, based on my positive experience and Nam was a pleasure to deal with.
