I had a slow leak in one of my tyres
I had a slow leak in one of my tyres, so I topped it up and the next morning I went to MyCar when they opened. They said they would try and get it done in the morning as I had got there so early. I received a text advising me it was ready for pick up later that morning. No fuss all done smoothly.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The customer service team was highly professional, providing timely updates and seeking consent before proceeding with any work. My vehicle required a water pump replacement, and the quality of the repair was outstanding - the car now runs smoother and quieter than when I first purchased it as a used vehicle. The belt replacement and coolant flush were also carried out to a high standard.

Had to wait for 10 mins before the two…
Had to wait for 10 mins before the two mechanics came out to serve me upon picking up my car. They were having lunch inside the kitchen and there was no bell to signal them there were 2 of us waiting to be served outside. I also felt they were not very friendly to deal with. Very contrasting to the experience i get when i book the MyCar Sydenham branch. I had no information given to me for getting the full service done and the roadside assistance i was entitled to.

I am very happy with my car service at mycar Tyre & Auto at Keilor Downs. An excellent car service at an affordable price, with friendly and helpful staff. I will continue to have my car serviced there in the future.

I’ve been using MyCar since moving to…
I’ve been using MyCar since moving to Australia in 2011 under its current and previous format, and nothing changed when it came to the service they provide. These guys are friendly and tell you like it is because they are passionate about what they do. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and found them to be very helpful and consistent.

Not a great experience.
Not much of a great service or help in explaining my car’s situation after the servicing was done. More of pushing me to decide on my decision fast and being rude is not what I expected from your company. Might be my first and last servicing with you guys. Car services with your price is all over the state so I reckon your customer service should stand out to compete with the rest.
