Great service..
Booked online which was really easy and a time which suited me. Promised a call within the hour of dropping off the car to discuss any problems and nearly to the minute received the call. Received a text notifying the car was ready as well. It's a pity that we can't drop the car off any earlier than 8.am before the store opens.

I haven’t had my car serviced in almost 4 years.
Friendly when I dropped car off. Rang me about an hour or so later to let me know what was wrong with the car and his suggestions on what he believed were urgent and needed to be fixed. I wasn’t sure if I needed 4 new tyres even though I added it when I booked it online. He told me he would not replace anything if it wasn’t required. Gave me the price and despite me not having the car serviced for almost 4 years I didn’t feel judged at all. Nor was it going to cost me a kidney LOL. I will be back in 6 months for another service and the other repairs he said that could wait this time but would need to be done within the next 12 months.

I'd booked for Tuesday next week
I'd booked for Tuesday next week, but I start a new job on the Monday, so on Wednesday, I asked if it could be moved forward to Thursday or Friday this week. They were very accommodating and the tyres were changed on Thursday. Dropped off by 8:15, picked up at 10:15. Very friendly and professional.
