Tim and his crew provide a great always

The guys there are always so welcoming and friendly, i wait for my car so it is prioritized appropriately that I’m not there all day waiting. Highly recommend them for service and tyres.

The guys here are great. Managed to fit me in on short notice and were very quick.

I took my car to mycar Ingle Farm after not receiving a quote from the Toyota Dealer of jobs that needed doing. Tim the manager told me to bring the car in and he would look at it .... it was the LHF BALL JOINT and NOT the RHF as stated on my Toyota's Dealer invoice.
Definitely recommend mycar Ingle Farm.
Tim the manager is brilliant. He is helpful and trustworthy. He also has a great team of staff working for him.

Car feels & drives amazingly well! Was feeling a little sluggish & tired at over 300,000km, but now feels fresh & smooth to drive. Really good job by these mechanics!
Post-service report is really helpful too, with a list of what may need attention at the next service, or within the next 12 months.

Professional, communication, and efficient service

Avoid these idiots. Outright abusive staff and taking on more jobs than they can handle, resulting in unacceptable delays. Ended up going elsewhere. Lost a customer for good.

I have a story about the abysmal service and outright abuse that I have received from the staff at MyCar at Ingle Farm. I had booked my car in for a quote (and likely repair) on a coolant system issue - on Thursday morning 13/03/2026. I dropped the car off at the premises the previous afternoon to ensure they had all of Thursday to take a look at the issue. I had also emphasised (both in the initial phone call and when I dropped the car off) that I needed it done on the Thursday, due to having work the next day for which I needed my car. They were all too happy to take the keys and that was that. After receiving no word before Thursday afternoon, I tried calling for an update. The phone went unanswered whilst I continued to call for over two hours. Apparently the front desk was entirely unmanned for this time. After two hours of attempting to call, I went into MyCar Ingle farm requesting an update, only to be fobbed off by one of the mechanics (who doesn't usually do customer service work) in a very short manner and told that they were supposedly understaffed and to try again on Friday. By Friday afternoon, I had still received no word or update on the quote. I once again attempted to call. I was told this time around that he was waiting to hear back on the availability of a new water pump (which was unlikely the cause as the evidence was clearly pointing to a leaky hose or seal on the other side of the engine to the water pump) and that he would ring back in ten to fifteen minutes. Another hour and a half went by with no word, so once again I attempted to call. The person to whom I attempted to speak (who was the same person I spoke to on the last call) - upon the moment of hearing my voice - hung up on me before I could even explain the situation. Once again I attempted to call back. This time, the same staff member was rude and using coarse language towards me. This time, I told him not to proceed with the repair and that I would be there shortly to collect the key and the car. I was understandably quite frustrated at that point with the conduct of MyCar staff. Upon picking up my keys and being subjected to further coarse language from the same staff member and more complaints from him that they were supposedly again understaffed, I commented that 'swearing at customers and mucking them around is not how a business gains repeat customers'. He then muttered some sort of (un)wise insult about "taking a shower" under his breath as I was leaving. Understandable angry at his conduct, I asked him to repeat the insult so everyone could hear, but he was unwilling - likely in the knowledge that what he said was completely uncalled for. I then left the premises with my vehicle.

This sort of conduct is not good enough and completely unacceptable. I can only assume that they are consistently understaffed because nobody wants to work with or for them.

Job done as requested. On time.

worst experience in my life.i took my car at 24th feb and they they said to leave the car and collect tomorrow, then Wednesday they said not ready,delay for parts from Melbourne,so collect car on Thursday, then Thursday they said not ready, collect Friday, on Friday they said not ready, collect Monday!!!
I drop my shift and then hire car from a friend. i spending lots of money on that and still don't know when can i get my car and they doesn't wanna compensate any thing!!!

I booked the logbook service online which said pickuo was 10.15am. At the time of dropping off my car I was told they were understaffed, but they called me at 10.15 as stated.
I would highly recommemd their business.
