Great service
Great service. There was an immediate vacancy yesterday when I called to book service for my Suzuki.
Was done there and then. Lucky me.
Also - no "hidden surprises" in "extras"

No communication
I took my car for a routine service and the engine light was on. I explained to them the horn wasn't working. A few hours later I got a text saying it was ready to pick up. I was handed the keys and was told everything is fine. When I got to my car, the horn wasn't working and I read the report that listed multiple things to be fixed. I was not called to discuss if I wanted any of these done. I spoke to the mechanic and he said that these things are a choice but I need to go to the kia dealership to get the horn fixed. This should have been explained to me and the other items requiring attention should have been an option that came with a phone call before I collected my car. The lack of communication was really disappointing.
