They gave me a booking at fairly short notice and replaced two tyres that had nails in them, plus did a wheel alignment, all at a very reasonable price. I’m happy with the job, but the fellow who turned up at 8am on Saturday morning when my booking was didn’t have the keys to the office to get the job started. As a result, it took 90 min to get done rather than the, say, 45 min it should have based on my past experience. I would still go back to them, but would make allowance for a bit of disorganisation.

Just showed up at my local MyCar on a Saturday morning as I'm a regular. I said my driver's side indicator front light was blown and could I get it replaced in the next 2 hours as I needed to make a drive around 10am.
Given it's only 1/2 day at MyCar on Saturday, and that I did not have a booking, it was the usual 'can do' from Jerry and his team.
I left the car and received a text with 30 mins that the bulb was replaced and the car ready. I picked the car up at 10am and paid the very reasonable charge.

I went there late in the day with a deflating tyre due to a screw in it. They were able to repair it and get me on my way in a short time.

Could not rate the experience more highly. Punctual, professional and easy. Got my tyre puncture repaired within an hour of dropping my car off.

Quoted on the phone by hawthorn Mycar to have me brakes done. I then booked an appointment based on the quote. They then called me to tell me it would be approx $300 more and denied giving the cheaper quote. I then re booked at another Mycar and had the work completed at the price of the first cheaper quote. This is my second very bad experience with Mycar hawthorn. That time they told me I needed new shock absorbers at a large cost. I went to another mechanic who told me a bolt had threaded and come loose. Very low cost repair. They had also messed up the lady before me appointment at Hawthorn. Why do the have RWC lic sign up when they can’t do RWC. I will never recommend or go back to hawthorn Mycar. I have five cars that they will not be touching.

Staff were friendly and called to explain what needed doing after they had checked the vehicle. They advised what time the car would be ready and then they texted when it was finished. They even gave me a discount because I had a lot of work done.
